Walnut & Hard Maple Edge Grain BBQ Board/Carving Board with Juice Groove

To meet the exacting requirements of the BBQ connoisseur, we took our Chef Series Cutting Boards to the next level with the goal of making the perfect BBQ carving & serving board. Here are all of the upgrades:
- Two “Super Sized” Sizes:
(1) Extra large carving board (24” x 18”) for the largest turkeys, briskets, butts, or roasts (in our pictures, you will see this board swallow a 20lb turkey!).
(2) Large Carving Board- 20” x 14”— Smaller yet still quite large!
- Extra Thick: We increased the thickness from 1.5” to 1.75” for both increased heft and dramatic looks.
- Juice Groove: A deep and wide juice groove (on one side) to keep your table spill free.
- Walnut Detail: We added Black Walnut Strips as long borders on each side of the board for an awesome contrasting look.
All of these upgrades are in addition to our normal Chef Series features such as being made from locally sourced Hard Maple and Black Walnut with the Green Duck Logo engraved on one edge only. This board is easy to pick up and carry with the recessed hand holds. Finished with Green Duck Custom's 100% food safe mineral oil, bees wax, and carnauba wax cutting board finish. Two ounces of Cutting Board Wax (one tin) included with each order for long term care. Use and Care instructions included.
All Boards come gift wrapped (seasonal paper and/or brown kraft paper) at no additional charge. A few important notes about cutting boards:
Since these products are made from natural materials, each board is unique and there will be normal variations in wood grain and wood tone. In addition, boards may vary in size from the standard product description, no more than 1/4" in width/length and 1/8" in thickness both of which are due to variation in the milling and production process. Bottom line: your board will be unique and awesome!
Cutting boards are exceptionally durable products but they must be properly cared for. Overall, cutting boards must be hand washed with soap and water only and must not be put in a dishwasher or immersed for extended periods of time in water. In addition, these boards should be oiled when they exhibit signs of dryness. Please see use and care instructions for full details.
